tuna mac
This is a wonderful recipe when the weather is hot and you don't want to heat up the kitchen or you wont something simple ad refreshing. I got this recipe over 35 years ago when we lived in South Dade, Florida, where it stayed hot all year. It has become a favorite over the years and I am pleased to share it with you. Hope you enjoy..

Ingredients
- 1 large can of white water packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 small box of macaroni or shell pasta, cooked & drained
- 2 sticks celery ribs, diced
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 small jar pimentoes, drained and diced
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 3 medium eggs, hard boiled, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon heaping of yellow mustard or tbs. vinegar
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- - baby lettuce leaves
- - crackers
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tuna mac

Step 1Cook and drain pasta and put side. Drain and flake tuna and mix with the pasta

Step 2Chop vegetables and mix with tuna and pasta

Step 3Add pimento, pickle relish and mustard and chopped eggs.

Step 4Add the ranch dressing and mayonnaise and the spoon of sugar....Mix well...Salt and pepper to taste Serve over lettuce leaves...Serve with crackers....
