Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, dark
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 pound pork, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package peas or pea pods, frozen
- 1 can water chestnuts (8 oz), drained
- 1 package egg noodles, 16 oz.
How To Make pork lo mein

Step 1Blend juice, soy sauce, oil, sugar and ginger. Add pork, marinade and cover for one hour. Add marinade and pork to skillet and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Stir in cornstarch, blended with water. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer, stirring until sauce thicken, about 5 minutes. Add vegetables and simmer covered for an additional five minutes.
