Nancy, what a cookbook!! Wow, when I came across the fried frog legs that reminded me of the camping trips with my Grandma & Grandpa Campbell. I would go with my Gramps to hunt for frogs around the lake and creek and we would get a bucket full. He would prepare them up....(spare the details) and fry them in a pan. Oh, I just loved them. NOt sure if I would eat them now. LOL Thanks for including my Cornish Hen recipe and Tomboy the Turkey too. You are so cute for adding him in there!!
