FRIED FROG LEGS....Gramps Recipe

If your fish store does not have them. They are readly available frozen.
They can be broiled,sauteed, cooked with sauce, and fried.
This is great finger food .The kids love them., and let them help pre-pare them.
This is Gramps delicious fry recipe.
Allow 2 large or 6-8 small hind legs per person.

BONNIES HOMEMADE" ON JAP
- bowl white flour
- 2 c
- butter milk
- 1/2 c
- hot sauce...brand...your choice
- box panko crumbs- from store.
- 2 dash(es)
- salt & pepper added to panko crumbs
- cooking oil, for frying
