wild game meatloaf
Found this in a news paper. But then i was hinking that my dad used to make some thing like this. So i got his recipe out and tryed it. Wow very good.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground buffalo
- 1/2 pound ground lamb/or ground venison
- 1/2 cup diced green,red,and yellow pepper.
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1=3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 - duck egg. can use any egg.
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms.your choice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons montreal stake seasoing
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce plus 2 tlb spoons
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- - fresh ground pepper to taste.
How To Make wild game meatloaf

Step 1pre-heat oven to 350 in a large bowl,combine all meat.Add bell peppers,onoin,mushrooms,panko crumbs,egg,stake seasoning,and marina. Mix with your hands kneading well to incorporate.

Step 2Line a 9-by-5-by-3 inch lof pan with bacon. Pack meatloaf mix into pan,then gently invert onto a by-13 inch backing dish,Sprinkle with salt,ground pepper and garlic powder.

Step 3Bake he meatloaf for 1 hour,then increase the heat to 400 and continue to bake untill bacon is crisp

Step 4remove and set a side for 10-15 min before serving
