1 Tbspground cinnamon
How To Make santa's reindeer chow sugar-cinnamon pecans
1Beat egg whites until foamy. Add pecans, and stir gently until coated. Set aside. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans. Stir gently until coated. Spread gently in a lightly greased 15X10 inch in a jelly roll pan.
2Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
