This could be a fun recipe for the children to make, with an adult help. I have made this many times and our dears gobble it up!! Merry Christmas to all!

Ingredients

1 - egg white
4 cups pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

How To Make santa's reindeer chow sugar-cinnamon pecans

Step 1

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add pecans, and stir gently until coated. Set aside. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans. Stir gently until coated. Spread gently in a lightly greased 15X10 inch in a jelly roll pan.

Step 2

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
