This could be a fun recipe for the children to make, with an adult help.
I have made this many times and our dears gobble it up!!

Ingredients

1
egg white
4 c
pecans
1/2 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
ground cinnamon

How to Make SANTA's REINDEER CHOW Sugar-Cinnamon Pecans

Step-by-Step

  • 1Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add pecans, and stir gently until coated.
    Set aside.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pecans.
    Stir gently until coated.
    Spread gently in a lightly greased 15X10 inch in a jelly roll pan.
  • 2Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Store in an air tight container.
