Thank you for sharing and allowing me to pinch, Carol. I'm trying to make several cookbooks for my granddaughters for Christmas. I've also been sewing aprons with matching pot holder sets. They will be transferring to out of state colleges second semester and living off campus. So I want them to learn to make some delicious recipes. They both love to cook.

Noreen thank you for adding my recipes to your cook book--and I have done the same thing- except I am taking the recipes to the UPS Store..not so expensive that way.

I don't know where I've been for the past two years I've been here - I just today realized I could put my pinched recipes in a cookbook that I could actually get a hard copy. Duh! You'd think I was blond or something.

In my defense, though, I get busy reading updates and responding to many; not to mention playing all kind of silly games and don't really look at what's right in front of me.

They will have a set of cookbooks like the Encyclopedia Britannica by the time I'm done.

I want to do one for desserts, appetizers, bread, breakfast/brunch, sides, main dishes....well, you see where I'm going with this. Don't know how much they will actually use them...but as it stands right now, they scorch water. When they go off to college, they will live on unhealthy fast food or starve to be sure.
