The recipes in this book are family recipes handed down through the years. They are very ethnic as my roots are Austrian, Ukrainian, German and English. Then there is a sprinkle of Polish, Italian and then I married a Finn! What a mix!!

Thanks Nancy! I wanted to start off with one of my own basically... then have others that are in the works too.. just fine tuning them so to speak :) Thats the perfectionist in me!! LOL!!
