How to Make Rahmspinat/German Creamed Spinach
- Boil spinach and drain reserving some of the liquid.
- Dice Bacon and cook until nicely browned.
- Add flour to the bacon drippings. Stir and cook a few minutes.
- Add spinach and a little reserved liquid to the bacon and spinach mixture. Cook until creamy. If the mixture seems to be too dry (not creamy) add a little more reserved liquid (a little at a time) until it gets creamy.
