1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease and 13 x 9 inch baking pan
Grate your zucchini and orange peel
and juice your orange.
set them all aside.
2In large mixing bowl combine 3/4 c butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, 1 tsp peel and 1 tsp vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
3Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat on low speed until well blended.
Stir in zucchini, raisins and coconut.
4Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until slight impression remains when bars are lightly touched in center.
5In medium mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese, orange peel, orange juice and vanilla.
Beat on low speed until smooth.
Spread frosting evenly over bars
OPTIONAL: Top with chopped walnuts (or nut of choice)
