Thanks Ma for creating this wonderful cookbook, and thanks for including one of my recipes. It is ironic that this book came out today, because that Is what I made for dinner today. I haven't even posted the new recipe yet, it is served with dumplings, and was very good also. Thanks again and I am sure this book will be in many Homes weather they are Irish or not because it has some great recipes.
