Irish Oatmeal Bread

Zelda Hopkins

This came from an old Irish Cookbook. It is totally different from the Irish Soda Bread. We love it because we like oatmeal. It is chewy and moist. I like to eat it at breakfast. Hope you enjoy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
