Thanks Julia! I moved away from Indiana in 1973 to join the Air Force, but I still miss the cooking from Indiana. Whenever I go back, I have to visit all of my old haunts for stuff like whitecasles, which we don't have in Utah, and the breaded Pork Sandwich that you cannot get in Utah. A lot of my recipes are from my Mom, and her Mom.
