Another great cookbook Nancy! Thanks for including my recipe for salmon patties with creamed peas. :) My hubby "thought" he didn't like salmon-he said it was too fishy for him... lol! Anyhoo, this was my mother's recipe and I made it for him. Now it is one of his favorites! He still won't eat salmon fillets-silly man- but he loves these!

Nancy, I just got a new pea salad recipe from my cousin today. I will ask her if I can publish it on JAP. It was delicious!

Another one that caught my eye...P 77 Crunchy Pea Salad.
I have a great pea salad recipe; but I have not posted it to JAP yet. Maybe it will make it into your NEXT cookbook on peas! LOL

P 41 Sweet Creamed Peas
P 46 Italian Peas
P 47 Cheesy Peasy Chicken Hash Brown Casserole by my friend Colleen Sowa
P 51 Creamy Ham and Peas Over Spuds
P 70 MB's Infamous Pea Salad - This looks a little like the pea salad that used to be on the Ponderosa salad bar way back when! It was THE BEST pea salad that anyone could get anywhere back in the 1970's and 80's. I will have to go to Marybeth Mank's recipes and look at it again.

P 6 "Tuna Pea Wiggle" Creamed on Toast...Well, now, isn't that a catchy title for a recipe? LOL
P 7 Ma's newest "pea" recipe...LOL and it made it into her cookbook. hehe
Green Peas-al a Francaise
P 12 Simple Chicken, Peas and Noodles Casserole
P 17 New Potatoes and Peas, One of Mom's Favorites by Kathie Carr.
I should probably add Kathie Carr to my favorite cooks list as I seem to like a lot of her recipes!
P 28 Rose Mary Mogan's Cream Style Peas...sounds like a great recipe too!
P 31 Cheesy Penne Pasta with Peas....sounds easy and good!
P 36 Good Old Southern Peas and Dumplins...Interesting recipe...for sure.
P 38 Creamed Peas Deluxe
