Ingredients
| 1 c | water |
| 1 tsp | sugar |
| 3 | (10 ounce) packages frozen snow peas |
| 1 | (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained |
| 1/4 c | orange liqueur |
| 5 Tbsp | butter |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 pinch | red pepper flakes to taste |

Directions
Bring 1 cup water to a boil and add the sugar.Drop in snow peas and cook until barely tender, drain and return to pan.Add the water chestnuts, liqueur, butter and salt.Cook over medium-low heat until heated through.

No, serously - I was watching this done on "Worst Cooks In America." If they can do it, of course we can!
You would just leave the Grand Marnier out until the dish was done, then splash it over the finished dish and light it. When the flames go away, it's ready to serve.
