Ingredients

2 c
fresh or frozen green peas
2 Tbsp
olive oil
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 small
onion, chopped
1 Tbsp
chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Heat olive oil in skillet.Stir in onion and garlic, cook about 5 min.
2Add fresh or frozen peas and stir in chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper.
3Cover and cook until the peas are tender, about 10 minutes.
