About Colleen
I am disabled, but use my abilities to help others... I volunteer with The Hunger Task Force of La Crosse, The Kane Street Community Garden, United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, and with several other organizations... I also am helping to raise my four little grandchildren. I write true and fictional stories, as well as cookbooks... I love creating new recipes with my daughter and grandchildren.. We Love To Play With Our Food!
