Spaghetti with Meat and Peas

A friend gave me this recipe. It has ingredients that I usually have in the house and can whip up for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef, lean
1 medium
onion, chopped
2 clove
garlic, minced
adobo powder
coriander
cumin
black pepper
1/2-3/4 c
ketchup
10 oz
frozen peas
1 lb
spaghetti or linguini
6 oz
can tomato sauce (small can)

Step-By-Step

1Heat a large pot of water to boiling and cook pasta to package directions. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet.
2Add Adobo, Coriander, Cumin and pepper to taste. Add one small can tomato sauce. Add ketchup to taste. Add frozen peas (or canned peas, drained).
3Add cooked spaghetti to skillet and toss to combine.
