tuna packed in water.
1 c
cooked peas
pieces toast, biscuits, crackers and even mashed potatoes!

Directions Step-By-Step

Medium White Sauce
Melt butter over low heat.Add flour and pepper. Stir until well blended.Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk and return to heat.Cook, stirring constantly, untill thick and smooth
Drain tuna from can, and mix into white sauce. Add peas, cook over low heat 5 minutes. Serve over toast.
If desired, chopped hard boiled eggs,can be added.
Can also be served over boiled potatoes or crackers.

    I have been looking for a recipe like this for ages! My mom use to make something just like this when I was a child and would serve it over baking powder biscuits. I will post a reply after I try it! Thanks for posting the recipe!
