This book (#5) is dedicated to my mother, Sandra I. Knippel (Born: 6/3/41 - Died: 9/18/11). All these recipes in this cookbook are her receipes (where she got them - who know's). She has some recipes in here from her friends as well.

Please excuse some of the recipes, as they are written by her - no amounts, no serving amount, etc.

I hope you enjoy this cookbook, since it brings back so many memories of her. Rest in peace Mom.

I lost my mother this year too. :(
This is a lovely, and loving, tribute to your mom. She lives on in the kitchen, and taste buds, of many new fans of her recipes! ;)
