- 3 - 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon celery seed

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Layer sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Set aside.

Step 2Melt butter until it boils, stir flour, add milk, boil until medium, then mix in cheese, onion & celery seed. Pour over potatoes, bake 1 hour.
