  Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
• Step 2
  Mix egg white & water in large bowl. Add pecans & stir until pecans are well coated with egg goo.
• Step 3
  In small bowl, mix sugar, salt & spices; mix well. Add sugar mixture to pecans & stir until pecans are well coated.
• Step 4
  GENEROUSLY butter a cookie sheet (one with edges works best). And I do mean generously; really slather it on! Spread pecans on the cookie sheet. Bake 30 - 40 minutes, stirring once or twice during that time.
