- 1 - celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon flour

- 2 - potatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups clams, fresh shucked
- 1/4 cup sherry

Step 1Fry ham (or bacon) crisp. Remove ham & add onion, celery & garlic. Add flour, cook 2 minutes. Add clam juice, potatoes, seasoning & cream, cook 5 minutes. Add clams & sherry, cook 3 minutes.
