Ingredients
- 1 - 3 oz. packages ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 - 16 oz. packages broccoli florets, fresh
- 1 - romaine lettuce head, torn
- 4 - green onions, chopped (both greens & whites)
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- - salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make *** mom's ramen noodle salad ***

Step 1Make dressing; mix well. Set aside.

Step 2DON'T USE SEASON PACKET FROM RAMEN NOODLES. Break noodles in pieces, melt butter in skillet, add noodles & pecans. Saute until light brown. Drain on paper towels. Cool.

Step 3Toss together noodle mixture, broccoli, lettuce, green onions; mix well. Toss with dressing; toss well.
