  • 3 cups bisquick
  • 10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 pound italian sausage, hot, bulk
  • 1/2 pound italian sausage, mild, bulk
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • - salt & pepper, to taste

How To Make *** mom's sausage balls ***

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Have meat & cheese at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together; mix well. Make into walnut size balls. Place on cookie sheet, bake 20 - 30 minutes.
