Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 - 14 oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 3 cans beef broth
- 2 - 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 - 3 large green peppers, diced
- 4 cups rice, cooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- - shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste
How To Make *** mom's stuffed pepper soup ***

Step 1Brown meat, drain fat. Add tomatoes, broth, tomato sauce, onion, celery & cook until soft. Add green peppers & cook until soft. Add rice, salt & pepper. Serve with sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 2Soup will be thick, can add more broth if want to, 1/2 - 2 C.
