I looked up your recipes after commenting, and I found a few that I really must try. I see that you also include special combinations of ingredients in your dishes. For instance the sausage and rice frittata for breakfast? That sounds quite flavorful and unique, and I look forward to making it for my family for brunch.

What a sweet hello, thank you for your kind comments. I love rice pudding but never had it your way and I can't wait to make it for family and friends. I do not have a book of my own recipes and i think I should do that once I have enough to add to it. Enjoy the recipes.
