Carol's Notes:
Easiest apple pie you will ever make. Great if you have extra apples and want to use them up quick.

Comments from the Test Kitchen:
An easy, tasty way to showcase the wonderful flavor of apples!

Carol, this sounds so good. I always buy too many apples and end up throwing them away. This is a wonderful recipe. Thank you for sharing.

Carol, I'm making this pie right now, but I'm not sure if you melt the butter or cut it into the flour. It sounds so good and easy. So I hope you answer soon!

I will try, Carol. I'm not very good at posting things yet. I joined awhile back but have never posted anything, but I sure do love to try recipes! Yours sounds so good and I'm sure I'm going to love it. If I don't mess it up, I will try to post a picture of it when I take it out of the oven. Thanks for the quick answer!
