Apple Cinnamon Bombs
Make the night before, when time is short in the morning, for an "eat and run" breakfast.

- 4 large
- granny smith apples
- 1/2 c
- peanut butter- reduced fat, honey, chunky or regular
- 1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon
1Mix peanut butter and cinnamon in a small bowl.
2Cut apples into wedges with a knife or an apple slicer without cutting all of the way through. Core the apple.
3Place the apple in the palm of your hand, loosely holding the wedges while you fill with peanut butter mixture. (Don't overfill or peanut butter will ooze out sides when you put it back together.)
4Press wedges together and top off with a little more peanut butter. Can be made the night before, if wrapped tightly in saran wrap.
