I was amazed that some American families buy Catsup by the case every week or so? Or was that only by the month? Like a bottle a day? O my goodness! Hey sis, I don't eat horseradish and they grow most of it here in California. A waste of dirt! Congratulations, mamma.

You can freeze catsup? The only problem I have with freezing small items is when I need them I can't find them. LOL Anyway, thanks for the tip.

Have not looked at the mustard cookbook yet. Don't like horseradish so not sure about that one.

Did you know ..you can freeeze it...llllike ice cubes..then put in plastis freexer bag..Take a few out when you need it!!
Now you can buy a super big catsup...cheaper and nowaaste!!

WOW MA Lots of goodies in this cookbook and hubs and I don't even like ketchup! LOL We buy a bottle once a year and use less than 1/3 cup of it unless we have a GOOD RECIPE to put it in. Now maybe I won't throw a lot of ketchup out each year. hehehe
