- finely chopped shallot

- curry powder

1Heat the oil in a saute pan over medium low heat.
2Add the chopped shallots and curry. Stir often until the shallots are soft. Around 4 minutes.
3Remove from heat and mix with the ketchup.
4Transfer to a bowl and serve with your fries.
