Hot & Spicy B-B-Q Meatballs
|1 1/2 lb||ground hamburger|
|3/4 c||oatmeal, uncooked|
|1 1/2 tsp||salt|
|2 Tbsp||finely chopped onion|
|1/4 c||finely chopped onion|
|1 Tbsp||garlic salt|
|1 Tbsp||marjoram powder|
Have you considered Holland House
|4 tsp||worcestershire sauce|
|1 bottle||14 oz ketchup|
|1/4 c||water (pour into ketchupbottle and shake out rest of ketchup)|
My Grandmothers friend, gave her this reciepe, and has been a classic meal on the Anderson side of the family (AKA my father's side) I pray that this dish finds its way to your table soon!

In a large bowel mix together all the ingredients for the meat balls, shape into small meatballs(very small like cocktail sized) place in the oven on a cookie sheet.
Brown on each side, turn once,while cooking at *350 til golden brown.
In a large (I use a 5 quart)saucepan, mix all ingredients and simmer till thickened, Add meatballs and simmer for about 15 more min.
