Elizabeth's Story

My Grandmothers friend, gave her this reciepe, and has been a classic meal on the Anderson side of the family (AKA my father's side) I pray that this dish finds its way to your table soon!

**These are ment for party snacks or as a meal as well, Great super bowel snacks, baby showers, or and old get together*****

Ingredients

MEATBALLS
1 1/2 lb
ground hamburger
3/4 c
oatmeal, uncooked
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
finely chopped onion
1 large
egg
1/2 c
milk
SAUCE
1/4 c
finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp
garlic salt
1 Tbsp
marjoram powder
3 Tbsp
vinegar
1/4 c
sugar
4 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
pepperika
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 bottle
14 oz ketchup
1/4 c
water (pour into ketchupbottle and shake out rest of ketchup)

Directions Step-By-Step

pre-heat oven to *350.
In a large bowel mix together all the ingredients for the meat balls, shape into small meatballs(very small like cocktail sized) place in the oven on a cookie sheet.

Brown on each side, turn once,while cooking at *350 til golden brown.

Sauce-

In a large (I use a 5 quart)saucepan, mix all ingredients and simmer till thickened, Add meatballs and simmer for about 15 more min.
