Pecan Pie Balls

Pecan Pie Balls

“This was surprisingly easy and fun to make, and the flavor is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Plus, I had enough left over after making both rum filled and non-alcoholic versions to make some almond bark and mint bark. Be careful not to make the balls too big, and chop the nuts very fine so it will mix up well. The hint to put water on your hands is very helpful. incredible recipe! A real keeper.” - Sherri

Pecan Pie Bread Pudding

Pecan Pie Bread Pudding

“My first recipe I tried from Just a pinch. I made this thanksgiving day. Oh my gosh. It is scrum delicious. I made one mistake on the recipe because i read to far down. I put the 1/4 cup of rum in the bread mix by mistake. Well then I also put another 1/4 cup of rum in the rum sauce. So it got a double dose. I used the 9x13 baking dish and the thickness for me was perfect. I used all the rum sauce on top. When you cut it, there is lots of sauce in the bottom to dizzle back over the top. Topped it with ready whip. Everyone was bragging about how god it was. It is everything and more what Gina described. It was so easy to make and not many ingredients. This one is definitely a keeper!” - Jeff

Yeast Waffle With Fresh Strawberry Rum Syrup

Yeast Waffle With Fresh Strawberry Rum Syrup

“These waffles are different than any waffle we've had. They are dough like and you have to spread the batter into your waffle iron, rather than it easily pouring. Nice and hearty, they have a heavier texture than a regular waffle and puff up perfectly. They're tasty alone, but the strawberry syrup is divine. The rum flavor is very slight and gives the finished product a robust flavor. Paired with the strawberry puree and lemon zest, it's heavenly. These definitely take a bit of time, but the end result is delicious and impressive.” - Kitchen Crew

Nunu's "Danc'n Orange" Glazed & Grilled Pineapple

“Grilled fruit is a summertime favorite and this grilled pineapple needs to be a part of your menu. It's super tasty! With a hint of orange and a hint of chipotle, the glaze is fabulous. Most of the alcohol from the rum cooks off and adds a richness to the flavor. We love how the pineapple caramelizes with the grilling process. It would add a bit of extra flavor to a hamburger or make a fabulous summertime dessert.” - Kitchen Crew
