This little place in the mountains has wonderful pie! I just loved their banana foster pie they served. But when I went the last time, it wasn't on the menu. So I've been on the search every since to find one like it. This one is pretty close.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Rich and decadent, this pie is a cross between bananas foster and banana cream pie. It's delish! We opted to make the meringue that made this pie beautiful when presented. You can enjoy this warm, but chilling it a bit before serving will make slicing much easier. Make this cream pie for a delicious ending to any holiday meal.
