No Mam, I leave it on to help hold in mosture, hence making the ribs more flavorful and tender. Removing the white/silver skin from ribs is a trick that competition BBQ pit masters use in order to make a cleaner bite when being judged. I figure the hardest judge I'll ever have with my BBQ is me.

Did you remove that white layer of skin on the enderside of the ribs?

Yes they've changed the format. There used to be arrows but not anymore. Now you just click on the picture!! Wish they'd leave stuff alone!! Just get used to something and they change it. LOL

I didn't never saw any arrows, but found if I clicked on a single picture it would open another page which had the recipe. I can't recall what the previous Just a Pinch format was but it seemed a lot more logical and didn't have me questioning how to get to a recipe. I like Just a Pinch and use it often, but if it becomes an effort to get to the recipe it may not be worth it.

I absolutely hate the "pinch tips" that come up every time I try to look at a recipe, they are very annoying. We should be given a choice if we want to see them or not. At 72 years old, I think I know how to boil an egg!

Hi everyone! Sorry there were some issues with finding the recipes. We've changed the layout so that it's easier to navigate through the slideshow. From there, click the blue title to access the recipes. Let us know if you have any further questions and happy cooking!

The recipes ARE there.........arrows just blend in with the pics so we couldn't see them!

What a tease!

There are arrows on the left & right of the photos that will take you to each recipe. You can pull up each recipe from the name of the recipe under each one :)
Krystal Call - Jun 13, 2016
LOL.....that's what I was wondering!!! Glad I'm not the only one!!!
