Nice cookbook, Penny - thanks for including my bread recipe.
What made you focus on Indiana? My daughter and her husband live in Indianapolis. It's a very nice region.

I was born and raised in Indiana, in Marion and Greenfield Indiana, and some of the greatest food I have ever eaten was in Indiana. That is where I learned to cook. Thank you all for having great recipes to put into the Hoosier cookbook!
