Ingredients

2 c
flour
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
ground cloves
2 stick
unsalted butter, softened to room temp
1/2 c
white sugar
1/2 c
brown sugar
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1
ripened banana
1 c
oats
1/2 c
dark chocolate chips
1/2 c
white chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Set aside.

3Beat together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in vanilla.

4Stir in flour mixture into wet mixture.

5Slice and mash banana. Stir into mixture.

6Stir in chocolate chips and oats. Mix well.

7Onto a buttered / greased baking dish, drop batter by the heaping teaspoonful. Bake 10-11 minutes, or just until edges are slightly brown.

8Let cool on cooling rack (or, if you don't have one like me, on a clean pizza baking dish - the ones with the holes in them - set on top of an upside-down bundt pan!) and store in air-tight container.
