Nancy, you're at it again! What a great compilation of recipes, there's something for everyone. I want to thank you for including my recipe for carmelized onions and fontina sammies. It's one of my favorites and I just had one last night. This time I added a little mustard and brown sugar to the onions and it was super delish. I really appreciate the time and effort you take to put your cookbooks together. You rock!
