A BURGER DELIGHT w/ MAC & CHEESE!

One of my friends just returned from Vegas. She said she enjoyed a hamburger with cooked and fried mac & Cheese added to the burger on the bun!
It was so huge she had to cut it up with a knife. It was so good she had another one before she left Vegas, with her winnings!
Here is my attempt to duplicate it. Enjoy it and have fun.!

Ingredients

1
onion hamburger bun....lightly toasted
1/2 lb
ground beef
1 large
sweet onion slice
1 medium
leaf of lettuce
1/3 c
cooked... mac & cheese
mayo, flour, paprika, & salt & pepper
1 medium
slice of tomato.....mine was from my garden
napkins galore

Step-By-Step

1GRILL
or fry your ground beef pattie.
2Make some mac & cheese.
Your own or a box.
Let cool.. Make a pattie with the
cooled mac & cheese..
Cover with mayo, sprinkle flour on it.
Both sides.
GENTLY fry the pattie in oil.
Turn and fry the other side..
Keep pushing and forming the pattie while cooking.
3Toast the bun.
Have ready the "makings" lettuce, slice of onion, and tomato slice/s.
4Put all together, just like you would with regular hamburger
Gently with the mac % cheese.
Enjoy.
Have the napkins ready.
5If you can't get your mouth around it....LOL
Do what I did.
Make a plate of mac & cheese, the meat pattie
and a salad!
Where there a will there a way!
