I won $150 worth of Kerrygold Cheese and Butter last week. With nearly 4 pounds of Cashel Blue Cheese to use up, I decided to make this. I hope you love it. GOSH, DARN...this was out of this world DELISH! Cooking with Passion, sw:)

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
seasoned grilled sirloin steak, sliced
6 slice
thick applewood bacon**cooked and cut in half**
1/2 c
spicy bbq sauce**homemade or your favorite..i added a lil' butter when warming**
4
hawaiian bread buns, grilled

BRUSSEL SPROUT SLAW

10 oz
fresh brussel sprouts, sliced thin
1 small
onion chopped
3 oz
blue cheese
1/2 c
sour cream
1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
balsamic pomegrante vinegar
1 lg Tbsp
roasted garlic, mashed
kosher salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

in a mixing bowl, combine all the slaw ingredients except brussel sprouts and onions. mix well. fold in brussel sprouts and onions. chill for at leat 30 minutes

spread warm bbq sauce on both sides of grilled buns.
assemble: bottom half of bun, steak slices, 3 pieces of bacon, slaw and top of bun. ENJOY!
