My Family Prefer Their String Beans To Be Be More On The Softer Side. The Recipe Mesurements Below Are Approximate, I Always Eye Ball The Amounts. I Suggest Adding Salt & Pepper A Little At A Time. I Suggest You Add The Salt As After Your String Beans Are Ready. The Bacon Will Add Salt As Well So Be Careful Not To Over Do It. :)
