I made a promise to myself a few years ago when my health was bad. I promised to eat more vegetarian meals. My health has never been better and I thank my choice to include more meatless meals to my diet. Meat is okay sometimes, but in America we eat way more meat now than we ever did in the past. We've almost forgotten how to live like an old-time farmer. (Some meat, but the bulk of the meal mostly produce.) Most indigenous diet of the world in fact take in the bulk of their calories through produce. Meat is expensive. We don't have to have it with every single meal! Branch out and try some of the delicious veggie options here on and enjoy a more nourished you!!!
