I Had Never Heard Of, Eaten Or Made This Cake When A Friend Posted This On Facebook. I Researched This Cake And Have Not Found Any Information About Why It Is Called Goosefeather Cake Or Where It Came From. I Did Find A Little Cafe Called The Goose Feather Cafe So Maybe It Is A Place That Came Up With This Cake. Idk! What I Do Know Is That I Have Made It Several Time And It Is A Huge Hit But The Really Great Thing About It Is That It Is So Easy To Make And It Is Only 45 Minutes To Make From Start To Finish :)
