How to Make Pancakes
- Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.
- Beat eggs slighty. Mix in milk and oil. Add to dry ingreddients. Stir. Allow for as few lumps in batter, they are preferable.
- Heat griddle or skillet over medium/ high burner. skillet in ready when drops of water bounce all over it. Drop batter by the 1/4 cup onto lightly greased but hot skillet. Cook until bubbles appear and edges begin to dry, turn to brown other side. Serve hot with icing sugar and a berry compote or go traditional and smother in butter and real maple syrup.
