I am a country girl, through and through. I love old family recipes. I am on a healthy road and like to take those old recipes and make them a little bit healthier.

I learned to cook from a very early age, from both of my grandmothers. One was very country and the other collected cookbooks. Both of these ladies played a huge part in my love of cooking, today!
