Born and raised in the Heart of Dixie, I am now a happy transplanted Texan. Farm life is wonderful, my husband and I are empty nesters, enjoying the peace and tranquility. That day was yesterday. Cattle, sheep, goats ducks, geese, garden vegetables and fruits keep us busy. I make killer cheeses and yogurts as well as market our grass fed meat, free range duck eggs and produce.
I train dogs for a living as well as run our farm. My cooking has evolved over the years, now I fearlessly twist recipes and create new combinations that consistently impress all those who visit our farm.
