Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup milk, 2%
- 1 cup sliced strawberries, frozen or fresh. slightly mashed.
- 1 - banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make strawberry banana muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Place paper cups in a twelve cup muffin pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. If using cinnamon, add here. Add strawberries and banana to flour mixture tossing till well combined.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine cooled melted butter, milk and beaten egg. Pour into flour mixture, gently stirring until just combined. Divide batter equally among muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes or till a tester stuck in the middle of a muffin comes out clean. Cool and enjoy.
