I married my American Husband in 2002. We travelled around the States, Hubby is a Viet-Nam Veteran, I am very proud of him! We returned to my home country Wales within the UK in 2006 as I became sick.

I have My son and daughter from my first marriage of 33 years...Have 2 handsome grandsons... I am truly blessed!

Now I have all of you to share our love of food and learning new tastes...

I do miss America, have been returning once a year, but through illness have not been back for 2 years, hoping to visit in the fall this year 2014?
