Ingredients

  • 3 - bananas
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup almond / oat milk /or - rice milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins / crasins / or blueberry crasins

How To Make diet snack bars

  • Step 1
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I put it in a 8x8 cake pan.
