Mother of 4 grandmother of 9 and I have been cooking since I was 12 years old.. Learned a lot about making bread, pastry, pizza and other Italian dishes along with some Mexican. I am now learning how to cook southern food. I was a short order cook years ago and now just cook for 2. I don't follow recipe's. I just throw stuff together most of the time and it turns out excellent. Hubby's and others comments are proof of that. Often said, you need to keep that recipe. Tight budget cooking, you have to do the best you can to make a nutritional and filling meal for pennies a serving. Enjoy~Barbie
